Legal Experience

Ms. Holden's legal experience encompasses a broad range of internships and clerkships, including the following positions: law clerk for Hall and Evans, LLC; corporate intern for Qwest Inc., formerly US West, Inc.'s Legal Department; judicial law clerk for the Honorable Jose D.L. Marquez, Colorado Court of Appeals; legal intern for the Denver District Attorney's Office, Appellate Division; and legal intern for the Denver City Attorney's Office, Aviation Division.

Beginning her professional career in 1996, Ms. Holden's work included a variety of civil matters in the State Courts in Colorado. Ms. Holden has experience in general civil, landlord tenant, juvenile and domestic relations matters. 

Ms. Holden has also served as public finance counsel to the City and County of Denver, the Regional Transportation District, Park Creek Metropolitan District and the Denver Water Board in the capacity of bond counsel, special counsel, disclosure counsel and underwriter's counsel. It is this experience that Ms. Holden brings to The Holt Group LLC to assist in serving the Municipal Finance and Bond needs of our clients.
