May 2011

The Holt Group served as co-bond counsel to the Park Creek Metropolitan District.  The District issued a $47,000,000 bond for redevelopment and construction of infrastructure in the Stapleton area of Denver, Colorado.  The Closing took place on May 12, 2011.


October 2011

Tyrone Holt was recognized as a Charter Member in the Colorado Chapter of the National Academy of Distinguished Neutrals.
