Legal Experience:

The primary focus of Mr. Ninneman's legal practice is providing legal representation to architects, engineers and other design professionals involved in business and construction disputes.  Mr. Ninneman brings five years of litigation experience to the firm and has experience as both a second and first chair trial attorney.  

In law school, Mr. Ninneman's studies focused on contract and intellectual property disputes, and consumer purchasing and sales issues.  Mr. Ninneman gained praise from his professors and the national legal community on his efforts in copyrighting athletic maneuvers, codifying contract assent rights for internet consumers, and modifications to the Uniform Commercial Code concerning e-business.  

Mr. Ninneman began practicing law in Denver in 2002 focusing on breach of contract, breach of warranty, consumer fraud and copyright issues associated with the defense of multi-million and billion dollar computer software developers based in Colorado.  Mr. Ninneman also represented construction entities in construction defect lawsuits. 

Mr. Ninneman joined The Holt Group LLC in 2005, bringing his interest and experience in contract, intellectual property, construction and consumer fraud disputes and now applies that experience and knowledge in representing construction design professionals.  At The Holt Group LLC, Mr. Ninneman is expanding his practice areas to include advising design professionals on contract drafting, risk management, and dispute resolution as it relates to business and construction projects and disputes.
