Legal Experience:
Mrs. Hoffman draws on her thirteen years of legal experience to manage the day to day operations of the Firm. She works closely with the Managing Principal with respect to client services and retention, analysis and preparation of business revenue and cost projections, marketing, and Firm recruitment, administration and training.
In her role as ADR Administrator, Mrs. Hoffman draws on her paralegal experience to manage and facilitate the neutral services practices of both Mr. Holt and Mr. Jones. She acts as the liaison between counsel and the Arbitrator or Mediator in all aspects of these practices.
