Mr. Moore has extensive experience litigating construction defect issues, and has defended major construction companies in California with regard to residential and commercial properties.  He has successfully extricated contractors from multi-million dollar litigations with no exposure to his client.  Mr. Moore also has significant experience in resolving defect disputes through the statutory pre-litigation process.  Mr. Moore’s litigation experience includes general liability litigation, including all stages of discovery and motion practice, in real estate, contract, and catastrophic tort matters.  His legal practice now focuses on all aspects of pre-construction design and contract issues, as well as post-construction issues and defect matters.
