Tyrone Holt was in Chicago, Illinois, at the DePaul University, College of Law Center for Dispute Resolution's Arbitration Symposium titled "WINDS OF CHANGE: Solutions to Causes of Dissatisfaction with Arbitration" on March 5-7, 2009.
