Experience in complex commercial litigation and some prior substantive construction law is required. The qualified candidate will have Law Review and/or Judicial Clerkship experience, at least one year's experience working in a litigation law firm and be licensed to practice law in the State of Colorado. Two to Five year Litigation Associate

Entry Level Paralegal
General:
We are seeking a Paraprofessional employee with strong communication and organizational skills who assists Senior Paralegals in the organization, analyses, management and preparation of documents and Summation databases for specific client matters. The Paralegal is a specialized paraprofessional employee whose services are charged to clients on an hourly basis. Paralegals do not perform, and are not assigned to handle, general clerical or administrative responsibilities associated with the functions of the Firm.
Document Duties:
Assist Senior Paralegals with various tasks, including but not limited to:
- Duplication and organization of documents as instructed by Senior Paralegals.
- Bate labeling of client and adverse party documentation.
- Conduct detailed data entry of documentation into comprehensive Summation Databases.
- Preparation of notebooks for cases (exhibit notebooks, trial notebooks, Mediation and Arbitration notebooks, key document notebooks, and deposition transcript notebooks).
- Assist with trial preparation.
- Travel to all neighboring courthouses to conduct research and filings.
Job Qualifications:
- Undergraduate Degree and Completion of Paralegal Program through an ABA Accredited School required.
- A minimum of One Years' experience in a Litigation Firm preferred.
- Knowledge in the operation and use of Summation, Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint strongly preferred.
