Ms. Ouellette joins The Holt Group after clerking for The Honorable Valerie Cooke in the United States District Court in Reno, Nevada. Ms. Ouellette graduated in the Order of St. Ives from the University of Denver Sturm College of Law in 2008, where she served as the Managing Editor of the Denver Journal of International Law and Policy. During law school, she interned for the Colorado Office of the Attorney General and the firm of Kaplan Kirsch & Rockwell. In these positions, she worked on litigating cases involving environmental, water, and transportation law.
